Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LaunchWP. This document governs all returns and exchanges of LaunchWP LLC (“LaunchWP”) (as defined below). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to carefully review our Return and Refund Policy. LaunchWP LLC reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole direction.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy, we establish the following definitions:
- “Products” means all products and services sold at LaunchWP
- “Customer” means end-user customers that purchase directly from distributors or wholesalers.
- “Company” (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to LaunchWP, H -33, R -1, Block B, Halishahar
- “Orders” refers to your requests to purchase a Product from us.
- “Website” refers to LaunchWP, accessible at LaunchWP.io.
- “You” refers to the individual using our Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such an individual is using the Service, as applicable.
What’s the LaunchWP Return and Refund Policy?
We currently do not accept refund requests for the purchases you make. If you have any issues regarding the software you have received, kindly reach out to our support team, and we will try to make things right for you.
Refund Policy Exceptions
- If our support team solely decides that we are unable to solve your BUG or functionality, then our team will be processing free service periods for you. Please note that this doesn’t cover any feature/function requests made by you. This only covers any functionality and Bugs in the software.
- Purchases made from Israel (Occupied Palestine) will be refunded, and the service will be canceled as soon as it catches our team’s eye. LaunchWP doesn’t serve users from Israel because of its continuing occupation of the State of Palestine and annexation of Arab lands. This policy also includes any website supporting Israel or its genocide. LaunchWP retains the full right to cancel any services associated with Israel, with either a full or partial refund.
Refund Process
If your purchase is eligible for a refund, our team will automatically process the payment back to the initial payment method you used for the subscription.
